PRE-ORDER POLICY

Selected items labeled pre-order only. This means products are ordered from suppliers after the order window closes.

Estimated turnaround time is 2-3 after the pre-order window closes. Please understand that shipping delays, customs, manufacturer delays, and holidays may occasionally extend this timeframe.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these estimated delivery times.

PAYMENT POLICY

• Full payment is required at the time the order is placed.
• Orders will not be submitted until payment is received in full.
• Accepted payment methods may include Cash App, Facebook Pay, cash, or other approved methods communicated by the seller.

NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS

Due to the custom and pre-order nature of all products:

• No cancellations
• No refunds
• No exchanges
• No chargebacks

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Peachy Petals is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, manufacturers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Once packages are shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Peachy Petals is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they are handed over to the shipping carrier.

If an issue arises, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

COMMUNICATION

Updates regarding pre-orders, shipping timelines, and arrivals will be posted in the group or sent through the contact information provided during checkout.

Please allow reasonable response times for messages regarding order updates.

RESPECTFUL GROUP CONDUCT

We strive to maintain a positive and respectful shopping environment. Harassment, rude behavior, excessive spamming, or disrespect toward admins or members may result in removal from the group and cancellation of future ordering privileges.
